New name now - MiWay 416-630-2121 but still the same honest service from Ram and his crew. Today when I called their number it was for a different Midas location. Surprised I drove to Keele and Finch to figure out what was going on since I couldn't reach them by phone. I have been going to this location for several years now. The first time I visited it was because my engine light came on. They checked, tightened my fuel lid, and sent me on my way within a few minutes of coming in. Moreover, Ram did not charge me anything. Since then I have been a returning customer because I trust their service and their recommendations. Today I had my winter tires put on and an oil change. I'm writing this review to get the word out that 3771 Keele Street has a new name and number, but the same helpful people!

ONLY GET AN OIL CHANGE THERE. DO NOT GET ANY OTHER WORK DONE TO YOUR CAR. The engine light came on , so i took it in. I paid $55 for them to smoke it out and find out what was wrong. They told me it was a $592.60 job. Said it was my intake manifest system . I took it to a mechanic, it was my solvent or whatever its called... Costed me $140.00. Far cry what they were gonna charge. And they would have fixed amd charged me all that $ and the problem would have still been there. These people are not professional mechanics

My experience at this shop was exceptional and very happy with the way they explain and show what was wrong with my car. Seeing is believing and when I saw what was wrong I felt comfortable paying to get it repaired.

From what I heard and experience in the auto industry. This Midas Auto Repair shop go the extra mile to make customers happy.
I was waiting for my car when an older person came in and the assistance to that person was exceptional.
Respect and attention was given when most needed.
My experience was WOW when they took me out in the shop and show what under my car was like even though everything was in good condition. Gives me peace of mind.

They did an oil change on my car, and three weeks later, the engine almost seized as they did not put enough oil. I am never coming back.

I have nothing but good service from this midas, I take my new car for service and oil change regularly. The staff is competent and corteous. Keep up the good work.
